My educated guess is that they reported the new "increase" of A/S as the true A/S and O/S is already at 3 billion and 2 to 3 billion, respectively. They completed the filing as they knew they were now stuck to produce the true A/S and O/S after being subpoenaed by the SEC. This whole thing makes me sick.
