in reality their having to repurchase the shares they sold and retire them would be rather light... they sold at a much higher price than they can buy them at today.

The thought just hit me, remember when everybody got so upset when Peter put out the PR about shareholder keeping their fingers off the sell button? ... I now understand that better.. He didn't understand what was happening any more then most of us. Their (Carnes and group) selling was confusing him also as their share were not supposed to be able to be sold while they were being sold and left Peter with the thought that it could only be regular shareholders killing the PPS. Maybe this will help some who say Peter was lying to them realize he wasn't intentionally lying.
