Obama is not super genius. That is why Presidents appoint people to various positions. For all we know Obama may not have any Securities experience. So your argument is pointed.

Your complaint should be with the SEC Chairman, not the President. Chain of command my friend, Chain of command. I'm sure Obama has more important things to worry about than the "uptick" rule.
