Ship is sinking. I spoke with the person who runs a website that sells all of the spongetech sponges... he has been in cahoots with the company since the beginning. He says Moskwitz had no way around all of the lies in the 2008 10-K so he has just tried every trick in the book to just confuse the heck out of the public at large.... Metter has been trying to distance himself from Moskowitz since the SEC inquired about the auditing. He said he suspects that the company knew about the auditing problem all along, since the day Drakeford had the license revoked...SEriously, all common sense will tell you that Moskowitz knew that his 2008 10-K was a fraud and that unless he could pass it off to Robinson with out anyone saying anything, he was going down. Now it makes sense of all the desperation attempts to alter the O/S structure since the Delay of the 10-K on Aug 31. I want to see these men go down hard for these crimes
He admitted to me that he was paid in stock for his services, and he said at first, in 2008, his site only sold 1-2 sponges a week, but recently since March and April 2009, his site sells 100+ sponges a month!!!
HAHAHA 100+ sponges a month. Its all coming unglued...I hate these guys, and I am here to support and help anyone who is still long. We must stand up to management, and law suits must be filed.
