As we have discussed, this shell is about 80% owned by hedge funds. (Source: SEC filings)

The largest owner is The Chesapeake Group and two of its principals Thomas Rooney and Douglas Land.

Rooney nor Land will comment on what is going to happen with the shell, not surprising as they are NASDAQ and NYSE veterans and would never disclose insider info.

Below is a link to show proof that Chesapeake and its principals are indeed involved deeply with Sento, as recently as March this year. This link demonstrates that they are running things and imo will be the firm that determines the disposition of the shell.

Upon reviewing this link you will see that they facilitated the first asset sale transaction from Sento the the Indian firm, R Systems. (This was for around 2 million-Source: SEC filings)

In March of this year additional(and final imo)assets were sold from Sento.

Scroll down to the near bottom of the page and you will discover that Chesapeake completed a deal worth over one billion.

This is why I have been accumulating every week without fail or attention to price.
