Yes, I completely agree with you, about the National Advertising and the Customer Base, even the major retailers and the deal with ViaCom to sell SpongeBob, but none of this matters in light of the share structure.
The share structure is the only thing that matters to your money if you are a shareholder. Even if the Revenues are 50 million with $11 million in profits, even if all this is true, and Moskowitz has been selling shares, YOUR SHARES ARE GOING TO BE WORTH MUCH LESS!.
The Management team controls the value of the shares, depending on how many they create and allow to exist. It doesnt matter if the company is successful, and if their products sell, if they have been selling billions of shares into the market, there will be no value on your shares.
You shouldnt be so naive as to think that the value of the shares you hold is based on retail sales or customer base...the major contingency for the PPS is the magic number, OF HOW MANY SHARES REALLY EXIST.
And that is what the investigation will be investigating, the EXISTENCE of securities, and how many shares actually exist. The investigation will only give Moskowitz more of a reason to delay actually releasing the numbers.
