Another company said no way/changed mind and is returning $5 million to SPNGE even at a time when they needed the capital (that speaks volumes to me).....

The Vapor acquisition and subsequent sale for all stock still smells...as does the GPS acquisiton for stock.....

Maybe I'm just too close to the source of the smell.........
