To keep it in perspective: based on strong correlative data, what is said here has little, if any, effect on share price. This ground has been gone over before at length. Evanescent blips or the occasional hiccup are the best that discussions here occasionally produce. All important price/volume moves are based on what the company does or doesn't do or whether it sinks or swim on its own merits. The recent spurt from 0.10 to 0.30 (on relatively huge volume) was no exception. The board watched with stunned passivity as probable short covering and maneuvers by big players in the legal battle were apparently moving their chess pieces. Those factors having positioned themselves, volume dried up and gravity took over. Then, increased selling came to the fore before the announcement. Doubtless, party or parties knew the real legal deal in Chicago was a mixed bag. The dry, less than enthusiastic PR certainly didn't help matters and triggered more selling. Anyway, after a year of imposed silence and a near-death experience, this remarkable company lives on to fight another day. At $0.16, it's probably a steal what with the prospects induced by our patents and technologies. They're not "negotiating" with CSMG for nothing. It's also a sign of a healthy board that we have lively discussions, pro and con. Who would pay any attention to a board dominated by an exclusive chorus of johnny-one-notes, pro or con?
