I like that proposal. I only have a small investment in GMXS(even smaller after the RS). It is obvious that some realistic share structure is needed. I have not seen anything good come from this stock since I bought in.

I got my proxy statement on Sept. 24th - 4 days after the meeting. I cannot continue to buy into a company that cannot even get proxy materials out in a timely manner.

Best of luck to you Drs. I fear you own a lot of something that will continue to decline in value unless management completes something. Like they say "Talk is cheap".
