Correct, I was illustrating the price movement on low float/ o/s securities when news is released and the violent price action that occurs.

The big factor here is that hedge funds are invested around 2.00 a share and more. Nearly 6 m dollars total, and they own 80% of SNTO. That is a tall order to get their money back so any merger/acq MUST be substantial. Have never seen a shell where the majority owners have so much to lose by NOT performing.

SNTO has half the float (or less) of VRMLQ.
