The big factor here is that hedge funds are invested around 2.00 a share and more. Nearly 6 m dollars total, and they own 80% of SNTO. That is a tall order to get their money back so any merger/acq MUST be substantial. Have never seen a shell where the majority owners have so much to lose by NOT performing.
