I feel your right some what but. By that i mean it wont get down there in one day but it will over the next few days or weeks. No news for all the new people or day traders and in the call which i think was a run of the mill cc for imgg dean said things like "if it dosnt get approved we will do" "if they want more information" which leads some to believe hes not 100% sure its going to be done in a few/30 days.

I feel theres a 97% chance it will be done and all these people who bail over the next few weeks based on price decline and lower volume will be kicking themselves for bailing.

I dont care if it takes a few more days or years to get approved cause it WILL. I have been here for long enough i can hold out as long as i need to. If you read this board this is not a bad thing picking up share cheaper then .65 is a steal.
