Since I read the Investigation-8K, I have screamed nothing but negative things. Thinking about it for the past 12 hours, I realize that THERE IS A CHANCE, that the SEC investigation could not be a bad thing.

I am not a shareholder, and I wont ever be until a 10-K comes out.

Its truly sad that these men can lie to shareholders about many things, now many of which there is no proof in sight...

Shareholders need to press Spongetech for the 10-K
