It is timely for everyone to re-read my comments on fully reporting OTCBB versus OTC stocks , particularly as many I-HUB investors become aware of a well known OTCBB stock that is now under an SEC Formal Investigation and to which the stock price will soon be visiting Davey Jone's Locker .
Whether a stock is fully reporting on the NYSE , the Nasdaq , the AMEX , the OTCBB , or an electively reporting stock on the OTC Pink Sheets the trading equities will directly respond to the ethicacies and competencies of the CEO and Board of Directors , to the proven legitimacy of business operations , and to the verifiable financial viability of the company . When any one of those factors are forfeited the stock market metes out its response punitively . Conversely , when those three factors are inviolate then the stock market will , or will eventually reward that stock with PPS appreciation .
One must make up their own mind concerning EXPH the stock , but one should balance their opinions of the stock to the
corroborated respectability that EXPO Holdings the company has earned in the business and banking communities .
Blue chippers and National Banks respect Expo Holdings .
No suspicious deals in foreign lands that are near impossible to verify ....just a good ole American Company that deals with other American companies . No suspicious financings with
toxic monsters .....just good ole traditional bank loans with
American Banks . No Regulatory issues with the SEC .
EXPO Holdings is a fundamentally sound company .
EXPH ....well ....that perspective is up to the investor .
In the melee that will likely happen to that ' other ' stock next week and to a few Pink Sheet stocks that are also
' sleeping with the fishes ' ( Godfather movie line ) due to SEC Charges let the members of this board show some grace as some of those investors may seek out a fundamental company such as Expo Holdings , and EXPO's stock , EXPH .
