Question Why would SPNG announce this morning that the 10-K is being worked on and that it is still going to go to D&T for 10 Q when they KNEW that this was coming out the 8-K latter in the day.

If the SEC are invetigating them, Is that just A REAL LIE to all the stock holders And then would that go aginst them if the SEC are reviewing all documents including the misreprsentation to the stock by giving all concerned some HOPE!!

I truely believe it is NOT about them and it is about the NSS!!

Some previos bashers over the last few nights are not here again?? Maybe weekend?? Maybe told to back off and NOT TO POST in case the SEC is looking for evidence??
