Apparently anyone can say anything in a press release.

This is the only reference that matters, from Pink OTC Markets Inc., the company that actually owns and runs "the pink sheets":

They still have PTRZ labeled as "Caveat Emptor", which you can see is the bottom tier according to their tier key here:

According to their rules, the company has to actually have financial reports, not just be preparing to have them.

But that should be very soon, correct? Is there a date that this can be expected?
