Opportunity, Walsh filed a form 4 today and it gives more information on how the shares were acquired. Walsh loaned the company $50,000 and inturn got a note from the company. Along with that note, Walsh was given the 714,286 shares as part of the deal.

The deal may be very similar to the deal given the other 17 investors for the $450K.
