but what diff does it make diluting it to keep it down versus letting it rise....

a. less shares issued= higher PPS
b. More shares issued= lower PPS

whats the diff really? I guess if I was a buyer of this shell Im not so sure I would want millions more shares in the structure....
versus, less shares....


wouldnt it work out to be the same or very close....I guess maybe not if we had a huge RUN UP in PPS but its something to ponder...
