Could be. Are you looking short term, or long term? I don't try to time bottoms. If it meets my criteria, I'll add it to my portfolio and wait for it to rise. There are occasional times I'll put in a limit order where I think a stock still has room to drop, but for the most part I worry about where it'll be a year from now, not a month from now.
