Nope, I canceled it, resubmitted and still no fills at 0.14, even when it was at 0.13. Called Scottrade, they said that there are other orders ahead of mine waiting to be filled. I asked why aren't they filling them and the guy just laughed. This is one amazing manipulation what it is!!!!
