Management is either reading this and a) deciding not to do anything about it, or b) doing something about it, but haven't acted yet: or they haven't read the boards, in which case all the moaning and bi*ching just serves to bring the rest of the board down. Enough already!

(P.S. I've had my say several times about this, and this is the last time I'll post about it. If these posts keep showing up I'll simply watch my e-mail for PRs and save myself the grief of visiting here.) I know that will make some folks happy - LOL.
