Fish, is there any language in the bill that speaks directly to the removal of Mercury?

Wow, what a product. If this bill passes, and it likely will even it's a modified version without cap and trade, or some watered down version of cap and trade, we stand to make hundreds of millions (possibly 1bb + based on some simple math of number of coal burning power plants and amt. of coal burned).
