Smitty heres a good question for you and the board. When the S-1 goes effective will the holders sell:
A)enough to recoup their capital investment and play long waiting the decission.
B)ALL there 160M shares because it's a huge payday with no risk of AGENDA's set back again.
C)Have they presold this disposition (legal short sale)and it won't effect the market at all because it's been absorbed over the last two weeks.
