Exactly, Deliotte & Touche LLP has nothing to do with Spongetech at this point.

Right now, not only can the company not seem to produce financial records for the past two years, they dont even have any accounting in place for the Q1 Fiscal 2010. Its 18 day from the time the 10-Q is due, and they dont even have ANYONE taking action to prove that the numbers for June, July, and August are real....

This is insane that they can get away with not releasing this information....Unbelievable....
