Dear SpongeTech Team,

I am writing to you as a concerned investor of SpongeTech to ask if the company's management has an actual plan to address the devastating attacks against its stock, attacks which have been intensifying significantly in the last week or so.

I understand that if such a plan exists, the management team cannot share details with the company's investors, so I am just asking : is there a plan in the making ?

Even if you cannot share details, can you also answer the following questions:

1 - Will SpongeTech management engage the SEC and other market regulation authorities ?
2 - Will SpongeTech sue the NY Post for libel ?
3 - Will SpongeTech get in touch with the Deep Capture (http://www.deepcapture.com/) team to get them to cover the SPGN stock manipulation story ?

I won't sell my stock because I believe that SpongeTech is a legitimate operation, and I do see your products on the shelves of CVS and Walgreens where I live, but having SpongeTech's management communicate about the on-going stock manipulation and indicating that they are about to take some kind of action would be a relief for the company's shareholders who do feel somewhat neglected at the moment.
