Sure, here is what I sent this morning. Feel free to adapt / personalize. Again the email addresses of Byrne, Mitchell and Bagley are on that page: http://www.deepcapture.com/about-deep-capture/

Dear Dr. Byrne, Dear Mr. Mitchell, Dear Mr. Bagley,

I am writing to you today to first thank you for the amazing work you have done with your Deep Capture research work and related writing. I have been reading your site for several days almost non-stop after I stumbled upon it following a link that was posted on an investment board. I still can't fully wrap my mind around the idea that America tolerates this level of corruption and unpunished financial criminal activity ... Why is it that years later it seems like nothing has changed substantially ? How long is it going to take to restore law and order in the markets ? How difficult can it be to just make NSS illegal and then resolutely prosecute those who keep violating the law ?

By the way, it seems like your page which offers suggestions on how to help raise awareness of the issue is now missing (http://www.deepcapture.com/category/so-you-say-you-want-a-revolution/ returns a 404 - Page not Found) ...

The second reason I am writing to you is because I am an investor in a small upstart company, currently listed on the OTC, and which seems to be under full frontal attack by possibly Naked Short Sellers of the type you describe in your stories. In the past 8 days, the New York Post published 3 parodies of articles (the last of which was posted just this morning http://www.nypost.com/p/news/business/spongetech_client_records_spring_dw5hyBpvNxFyvS96Xmi5bN), smearing the company and its officers, and spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt, while the PPS of the company stock fell more than 60%.

Do you think that this is a company that might be worth investigating as an illustration of the fact that NSS is still going strong in the US financial market and may be about to destroy yet another promising startup ? Their official web site is here: http://www.spongetechinc.com/

Again, thank you for the tremendous amount of work you have dedicated to bringing the NSS issue to the attention of the public.

Cordially,
<your name here>
