its just being spring loaded , its like a cattapult you have to pull it back in order for it to shoot off into action...
i would not say there is dumping just big buys that are holding steady so not allow it spring into action of course someone could doing something funny but i expect this to pop real real soon maybe green finish?? strong green finish???
