This last NYP 'article' shows that this is getting serious in that it is pretty clear at this point that SpongeTech is victim of a full frontal attack by naked short sellers. It's a good thing that the company is debt-free and generates enough cash to self-fund but this attack on the pps now looks like a fully-fledged criminal case.

I would suggest that those who care write to the Deep Capture team (email addresses can be found here : http://www.deepcapture.com/about-deep-capture/ (in the Management Bios section). I just did this morning and it would be interesting if they picked up this case and started covering it like they did for Dendreon.
