Oh yeah. And what about what was written in the previous News release? "ECOFL will be completing a reverse merger in the next few days and will issue AMNE a fifty percent equity stake in the new company"

Maybe i'm reading it wrong. Maybe ECOFL is doing a reverse merger, but AMNE is staying the same?

Either that, or someone lied in the first pr. HMMM, now why would they intentionally write that there would be a reverse merger in 1 PR, and then "Clarify" in the next pr that no such thing will occur?
