I'm pretty sure (can't find any dated links at the moment) that the Stock Guru article was a cut-and-paste of information that goes back before the merger with Western Utah Copper Company.

In other words, they achieved "...the long-term goal is to sell the project to a major mining operation for shares in their company." by merging with WUCC.
