Good Morning ! Time for exercises. Yea
Thanks you gals and guys. I know some of you are stiff and have pain somewhere and your thinking about my challange #37033. You won't be disappointed at all. You may or may not know the exercises are in slow motion. A calibrated slow motion. This is one big reason you can do these while injured.Maybe I can try to explain it like this. This is one of my own little quicky.

Clear your mind, slow motion,slower
Slowly take your right hand over your head and touch the furthest part of your left sholder. now hold for 5 seconds.

feel the strecth hold hold now slowly bring hand back to side.

Bet you feel the very first one. You have just reset about 40 muscles. They now know there range for the day. do 3 times with your right now, then 3 times with your left.

You feel it right. Hanna has developed the methods to do the whole body. Every muscle. and you can target to fit your own areas like I did for my knee.

It reminded me of yoga when I first started doing them. I've never done any yoga however. A real nice spirtual aspect occured in me after a couple of weeks. After my routine became easier I was able to slow my thinking down, Kinda like a meditated state of mind. Where your sending the calibration commands from the heart instead of the brain. This combination heart and muscle made the excersies more powerful for me. I didn't read this in the book. It happened naturally. I even pray while doing them for a super healing power reaction. You will love doing them.
While your at it pray for our stock. Lord. help Steve and Smas in a way only you can do.Forgive me for wanting to lynch him instead of forgiving him. LOL well you know what I mean.
