INCY has a good underwriter for the deal - I am happy someone other then Rodman is starting to get funding for the biowrecks nows. I guess the financing window is open.

Suprised though they did more converts (debt) because if the financing window closes again they will have the same issue in that the debt really weighs on the possibility of a going concern down the road again.
