a great article, VLV - if CS can get $40M on a $1B claim, and they are selling it: a) clearly there's a market for this stuff and b) whoever's buying knows they can get even more if they hold on a bit longer.
comparing this to LEHJQ, at a $25 face value... sure, maybe it isn't full 1:1, so we're not talking a $12.50 share price... at least not likely. but what about just a fraction of that?
and oh, by the way... i'm not even factoring in what lehman may be owed in compensation for damages if fraud can be proven from various parties. hmmmm... maybe that low to mid single digit range is a bit conservative, but let's go with it: how about $1-$5 per share for LEHJQ? for the moment, that's my target, and i'm sticking to it.
