I see your point, but in my honest opinion, they should have taken care of this months ago. Dean seems to have a problem doing things in a timely manner. First he delays the aqiusitions after setting his own timeline. Then he announces a share buyback the following week, in fact...from the PR,"which should begin early next week". In my opinion, early means Monday or Tuesday, heck I might even go for Wed, lol.

But if you're holding your breath for Friday, you better have an oxygen mask nearby.

All this is strictly in my opinion.
