Please show me where D&T has anything to do with the 10k
audit that is due before 10/16/09?
Their engagement with SPNG does not begin until after that 10k is filed. Why do you keep trying to spin this into
something other than what is in the 8k?

Let me first state that this post is about SPNG, the whole SPNG, and nothing but the SPNG.

Now let me stop laughing a bit while trying to understand this post. To be sure I have this right, D&T will become an "employee" of SPNG after the 10K is filed?

Hmmm...I have been in the business world quite awhile and I always called consultants...well, consultants. And to be sure this is not misinterpreted, the day SPNG engaged D&T, yes engaged, D&T became a consultant at that very minute.

The fact the responsibility of signing off on the 10K remains with R&H does not preclude D&T from overseeing the process. In fact, D&T would insist on being involved as the Accounting/Audit firm going forward.
