We all know that every Pink/Grey and for the most part OTCBB, are all very high risk speculative stock plays. Most are doomed to fail because the majority of time they never sell anything to derive cash flow and therefore simply run out of money. Issuing stock is not as easy as many think and of course the more issued the more the company dilutes and it is a downward PPS spiral. This does not however make these companies automatic scams as I believe many of the people behind them are honest people who have a concept or product or idea, that they hope will be the next great success. I do believe the market as a whole acts many times to kill these companies with naked shorting activities, etc. I have run across numerous people over the years who went public and got slaughered by the market forces, who intentionally worked against them and their lack of knowledge about how to protect themselves.

The majority of these companies have zero for fundamentals and trying to pick them on technicals is pretty much a crap shoot as well.

Therefore anyone buying into them must realize and accept their personal risk and accept individual responsibility for their buy and eventual sell.

Noble/USCN is no different. It is buyer beware. I accept every time I buy one of these that I could lose the investment entirely or a good portion thereof.

Many many people make very good money playing these stocks as short term in and out investments. Why marry one of them when most of the time they are going to be a flash in the pan and die.

Who knows what and how Noble/USCN will do.
