wazup, i think the key word here is "yet". i'm a shareholder because i do think the company will achieve that high a standard in the next several months. basically, as they do these deals they will become as good as the sum of all subsidiaries in the near term, and then the quality of management will impact what kind of synergies they can achieve, etc, over the years that follow. jmho.
