There was a buyout offer for $200m last spring.

That statement is open to debate. Haven't heard much from
the Lees or Craig since I've noticed, pretty sure Jared
and company screwed us on that buyout noise. What ever
happened to the 300 million shares I believed were diluted
for approx 5 million dollars. Never have had a good answer
for that one either.
