Well...SPNG is formally in trouble...i posted a week ago and got reamed by posters responding that i am crazy incompetent etc...today is not a abberation but a trend...the 10K will not be issued for several months...DT is not doing it...Robison is...the 2008 10K is in question pending the re-audit of 2008 because it is based on the 2008 audit....2009 must be repeated....now Robison has issues...DT may walk depending on the circumstances and issues found and even Robison's work must be taken with a grain of salt...this is an unforgiveable disaster for a company trying to make a big time move up in stature...
