Thanks for your post. Good queestion. I guess my answer would be that --
1. Public companies, such as spnge, that I have invested in anyway do not let S/Hs really know what is going on behind the scenes because (a) mgmt. is running the company; (b) mgmt. does not usually report interim events; (c) --very important -- mgmt. does of a public company does not want to tip off the competition of any new products, advantage, etc.; (d) with respect to spnge mgmt. does not want to tip off the naked short sellers; and (e) for other reasons I can't think of at the moment.
2. As you know spnge is or should be workng diligently on the reaudit, and getting the 10Ks for 2008/2009 filed. That's foremost. There is not time for "fluff" PRs. The impt.stuff will be in the 10K for 2009.
I will wait, though impatiently at times, for the 10K.
