Unless there is some news the stock will go down. Cold and others on the side line will keep trying to bash it down and down and when the volume picks up, usually caused by a leak in the news they will jump on the stock. Then they will say something like, "oh, well at these levels its a win- win situation." Or just simply not say anything and bank a 100,000$ in their pocket. I personally am watching the intraday chart closely. If they volume starts picking up dramatically i will average down with a another 5k$ worth. At this point..how low can it go? Only time will tell. There is no argument with my previous statement.

Reverse split? Why would they do that. It doesn't make sense. Look at their structure of their shares. They would be stupid to do a reverse split at this time; especially after announcing a buyout offer and naming 7 as their president. Just think about it; as a business owner who relies on investors for their funding - why would you eff them this bad? IMHO i think this company is trying to turn this thing around. They have the building made and are now trying to populate it. They just hired 7 and now is the time for them to shine.

GL - and to some people - stop with the irrational bashing. Do argue; do bring up questions, but don't argue out of your butt hole just because you feel like it.
