The trades going through in the double zeros strike me as settlement trades...probably as a result of the MM cleaning up the logs required due to the uplisting...

Any buys that go through...go through at the ask, which is .012...

It is not manipulation or a conspiracy...it is just house cleaning and when they get done...we will move.

Bruce is probably waiting for confirmation of this and will release news in connection with the green light from all parties concerned.
