I agree wholeheartedly, the GuFu investment was over the fence-in-left-field. Use your cash to grow YOUR OWN company.
I understood the R/S and why but the proposed ratio blew my mind. And then the SEC, They should of PR'ed that Immediately and said "with a recently developed event, we have/are cancelling the proposed reverse-split untill such time the 10-K has been filed and accepted."
That would have eliminated alot of the drama of the past 2 weeks. JMHO.
