There is a significant reason for this company to call off the deal. In this economy, cash is hard to come by. Why would they have a deal to receive 4 million in cash but suddenly change their minds? I would bet they are trying to cut ties because they see something you folks do not coming down the pipe line. I would bet the SEC definately has SPNGE on their radar and are closely watching who is associated with the company as well.
