Yes, they do... below is an example that I've posted...
However, you can post one of the regular charts (click Charts above) and it WILL auto-update. Just no annotations.
This may be something the geeks should look at. I think lots of people like to watch how the price acts when it gets to a trendline and/or support/resistance levels that are pointed out with horizontal lines.
That's cool they auto-update, but having the updates WITH annotations still would be saweeeeet....
