Other way around. Read the PRs title:

"GetFugu Rescinds Investment Transactions With Spongetech Delivery Systems and Vanity Events Holdings"

GFGU rescinds the investment transactions, not Spongetech pulls the investment transactions.

Sounds as if GFGU doesn't like the negative press Spongetech brings to the table. Maybe GFGU reads the NY Post.

It was GFGU who conducted the DD and ending the relationship.
