Read the last P/R..Its a R/M in with sugar coating and a so called bonus,,the bonus shares will go to the current BEHL shares into the empty shell which will be virtually worthless most likely at .00001 and they get 1 for every 10 shares they own for the new ticker symbol.IN SHORT YES! Its a sugar coated R/S and most beleive the new share structure and the float of the new merging company will also be cut by 10,,,LOL

Still lookin' for that needle in a haystack.
