I've followed the evolution of this company for many years, including comments made on message boards & don't recall anyone ever begging anyone to buy it. Neither do I recall reading of anyone being forced into buying. Anything related to either of these charges would be laughed away long before a day in court.

What would be an interesting case, as there is no precedent that I'm aware of, would be if company A could be held liable for having someone post disinformation on company B, if during deliberations it was determined that the poster was mentally retarded. I'm guessing yes, but regardless this one would be fun to watch.

Anyway, back to the present, I'm anticipating further word on the large US carrier shortly. dammit .....
