I m confused a little about how tight lipped eeso is being about announcing the results of their lawsuit... and according to murph, it is positive news too (from ONEs post)... why the delay? Unless Wow is forcing them to delay releasing information.

If it wasnt a merger, then it wouldnt be a big deal to release a PR about the developments of the court case if they are continuing their arrangement with distribution.

WoW would not care if eeso released information about distribution because they would have nothing to gain or loose if it wasnt a buyout.

or maybe eeso likes seeing their shareholders agonizing in anticipation to see if the stock explodes or crashes. (Annoyed that Jared moved the conference call to oct. lol)

Maybe they want to announce it at the Wow conference, like a big surprise and a PR is released during the announcement.

or maybe it is one big pump and dump :) but I doubt it, I m loading up at these levels tomorrow too... to the mooooooooonnnnn!!! get in quick LOL
