Being done already, all the big boys are studying it, Monsanto ect.. fundamentally they are using a dry ice form from the machination used in grease fryer hood cleaning apparatus, somewhat adapted of course. This next year will tell the tale as the EPA and tax vs credits get worked out.

Also several chemical processes are on the boards whereby Co2 once removed at a plant, are directed on property to create additional revenue, methane and ammonia production are two processes at the top of the likely list for creating a closed loop system... where Co2 is recovered in large quantities.
