just add to bewise43 comment, Can you imagine if one contract gets signed......the snowball effect would be enormous, and imagine if this stock started to show EPS. This thing could easily be $1 or $2 by year end. My gut feeling is that a signed deal is in the works. Waiting patiently for the next press release??
